A Bit Of History
Bush Prestige is originally a Bush Caractère whose traditional aging in stainless steel tanks has been replaced by maturation in oak barrels for a period of 6 months.
At the time of bottling, a small amount of sugar and yeast are added to the beer, which, placed in a warm room, develops a refermentation in the bottle that gives it a natural cloudiness as well as a particularly high alcohol content of 13%.
The old-fashioned maturation in oak barrels allows the taster to find aromas and tannins that have not been found in beers for decades and will delight the most demanding palates. We find aromas close to whiskies, brandies matured in oak barrels but in a whole of an exceptional roundness.
The powerful taste, the rich aromas, the exclusive bottle and the limited distribution make Bush Prestige an exceptional beer.
