A Little Bit Of History :
The apricots used are from a sustainable agriculture. We will blend 300 g of fruit per liter of Lambic.
The maceration time is very short. About five weeks will be enough for the Lambic to extract the aromas and flavors of the fruit.
The Fou'foune starts the bottling season at the end of August.
