A Bit Of History :
Lupulus beer is produced by the Brasserie des Trois Fourquets in Belgium. Lupulus means in Latin "little wolf or cub". It is Pierre Gobron, one of the creators of the Chouffe beer who created this beer.
Lupulus beer is a high fermentation beer, refermented in the bottle. It is neither filtered nor pasteurized in order to preserve all its aromatic and gustatory qualities. Its taste is hoppy with aromas of thyme.
