A Bit Of History :
This liquor is made from cognac, Mediterranean mandarin peel and a secret blend of 27 herbs and spices.
After maceration of the herbs, spices and zest in alcohol, the mixture is passed through copper stills where it is
slowly distilled. Old Grande Champagne XO cognac is then added to this distillate. After blending, the marriage
slowly for at least 6 months in stainless steel vats.
This liquor is distinguished by its powerful notes of mandarin peel, which evolve into notes of vanilla and cognac.
Slightly syrupy, its orange flavours are enhanced by a long and fresh finish. It can be drunk on its own on crushed ice or
It can therefore be drunk on its own on crushed ice, or incorporated into cocktail recipes such as the Winter Clove, the Tennessee Rush or the Mandarin Sour.
