A Bit Of History :
Tasting beer aged in whisky barrels for a minimum period of 6 months (Barley wine), refermented in the bottle.
Blonde beer, medium creamy white foam, low fizz. Medium hoppy aroma with malty, herbal and whisky scents. Taste not very bitter, woody and malty flavors with hints of plum, whisky hints reinforced with a weak astringency at the end.
