A Bit Of History :
Straffe Hendrik Tripel is a triple blonde ale with a firm white head that reveals spicy aromas of black pepper, coriander and ginger with a final touch of orange.
This beer, heavily hopped with premium Saaz and Styrian Golding, subtly blends 6 different types of malts to develop a powerful and particularly well-balanced taste.
The attack in the mouth tends towards caramel, to reveal then a certain bitterness and to finish with a subtle note of banana allied to the very sensitive presence of citrus fruits.
This triple, refermented in the bottle and with an alcohol content of 9%, is a beer to keep.
Straffe Hendrik goes very well with spicy fish dishes, cheeses such as Camembert or Brugse Blomme and fruit desserts such as pineapple and mango.
