A Bit Of History :
Belgian craft beer with fruit (grapes) based on lambic, spontaneous fermentation, with natural refermentation in the bottle, unfiltered, not pasteurized. Relatively mild taste, delicately sour, pronounced fruity and ripe due to the somewhat "dark" wood flavor. Your mouth contracts anyway because of the aftertaste (acidic), but followed by a sweeter accent in the aftertaste, which can be described as rather sticky.
The Tilquin Pinot Noir is a special blend on the 10th anniversary of the original Mother Lambic coffee (Sint-Gillis), first created in December 2016, based on 325-350 grams of hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes (from Valentin Zusslin Domaine in Orschwihr, France) per liter of lambic.
