A Bit Of History :
The Timmermans Tradition Lambicus Blanche is an absolutely unique beer in the world. It is produced from lambic, which is combined with the brewing process of malted wheat beers. By adding spices such as coriander or dried orange peel, we obtain a fruity, light beer with a subtle "spicy" taste. Ideally drunk in an authentic stoneware jar.
An unconventional white beer brewed as the Pajotteland farmer did, combining lambic with wheat. Its flavor is slightly acidic and rather rounded with a sweet but providential zest for thirst quenching.
